Eating is a necessity but cooking is an art. Our academy was founded in 2020 by Master Chef Leonard Moyo, former president of the Zimbabwe Chefs Association (ZCA), and his wife Stella. Together, they built LCAA with the vision of providing solutions to the cooking world and building a skilled culinary community.
Our main mandate is to develop skills, hope and opportunity to individuals through cooking and eating healthy food for a sustainable environment.
